Mel Nova started in 2002 doing rap while in the university of Yaounde 1 in Cameroon. In 2006 the boy from the North west side of the Biyaland released his first album "MEL DON COME" after completing his studies in Plant Biology from university .MEL is some one cameroon can count on to go on and battle with the african big heads with his style of music that is second to none Mel Nova continued working to develope his own unique style of music. Points added when Africa Magic TV used his song "Africa Awake" to celeberate their 5th aniversary in 2009. That was a big PLUS.In 2011 Mel Nova now creats his own style known as KWAITOKOSSA a blend between Kwaito from South Africa and Makossa from Cameroon.HE has many achievements camer should be pruad of and deserves a BIG UP from camer music lovers.cos not only is he is doing music he is showing young artist that they need togo to school before any other thing.
