 In camer Phenomenal is an understatement when you think of 13 year old singing sensation Franchika. She is of camerooanian decent and was born in Chicago, Illinois in September 1997 and is an exceptional student who excels academically. She is currently an
honor roll student and was last year’s spelling bee champion of Chicago School District 160.
Franchika took an interest in music at a very early age. At the age of five, she could belt out songs that were
difficult for most adults to sing. It was during one of these times that her parents realized they had a future star on
their hands.
At eight years old, she started taking vocal lessons at Muzic Net School of Music in Chicago which was all about
gospel; to diversify her music she was moved to the Center School of Music Chicago where Erin Gipson,
Singer/Model of Ford Talent agency was her vocal coach; it was there that she mastered her craft and perfected
her tone.
